How to Cook Dinner When You Have Picky Eaters

Sick of fighting at the dinner table or begging your kids to just take one bite? How about the nights you have to make more than one dinner to accommodate for tastes, sensory processing disorders, food aversions, and allergies, or more? I got some ninja moves for you, mama.

The Five Best Kitchen Appliances Every Busy Cook Needs

Ever wonder what you need or don’t need in order to fly through your recipes at night? I’m laying out my faves in this helpful little post.

Weeknight Kimchi Fried Rice

I love making fried rice since it’s a quick dish to throw together and a great way to use up leftovers. Click through to see what special product I keep in my cupboards these days that make fried rice even easier to make on a whim!

Using Systems to Beat Weeknight Cooking Overwhelm

Next Wednesday, May 9th at 10am CST, I’ll be LIVE on the so7 Health Facebook Page, chatting with Toye about how busy moms can use systems and routines to help beat weeknight cooking crazy-making. If you missed the livestream I did with Toye last week, now’s your chance to get caught up! I hope you can tune in!

New Family Cooking Class!

drop-in rates available, starting at $140

I’m starting up my next round of family cooking classes this weekend! Held in the kitchen at Q Studio Labs on Queens Boulevard in Sunnyside, NYC on Sundays from 3:30-5:30, the classes will help teach your family simple cooking recipes and timesaving tricks that will help you all get dinner on the table faster in the evenings. The first class we’re talking Sheet Pan Meals, and then the next one, on May 20th, I’ll be teaching you some awesome ‘heat-lite’ meals, for nights in the summer when you don’t feel like using the stove.

I hope to see you there!

If you’re stressed out, tired, busy as all get out and dealing with a teeny tiny kitchen, you’ll love my new Facebook community.

Because ladies, it’s hard enough balancing the juggling act of childcare, making dinner, and organizing groceries and kitchen gadgets in your cupboards and pantry…. but doing it all in an itty bitty kitchen with like 3 feet of counter space is even harder.

Come hang with us and vent, swap recipes and ideas, and get a weekly peek into my meal plans and grocery lists!
