Baked Potato Wedges

Salted and warm with a crispy exterior and soft, creamy insides, these potato wedges are both simple and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 russet potatoes sliced into thick wedges
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper

Instructions

  • Slice the potatoes into wedges and transfer to a large bowl
  • Add the olive oil, salt and pepper and toss to coat
  • Spread the wedges evenly on a sheet pan
  • Heat the oven to 425 and add the pan in, cold
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes, until the wedges have started to brown and are cooked through (test with a fork)
  • Remove form the oven and serve warm
