- 2 russet potatoes sliced into thick wedges
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper
Get Recipe Ingredients
Slice the potatoes into wedges and transfer to a large bowl
Add the olive oil, salt and pepper and toss to coat
Spread the wedges evenly on a sheet pan
Heat the oven to 425 and add the pan in, cold
Cook for 15-20 minutes, until the wedges have started to brown and are cooked through (test with a fork)
Remove form the oven and serve warm
