Easy Cheeseburger Sliders on Hawaiian Rolls (Ready in 10!)

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika an umami blend, cumin and smoked paprika)
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 10-12 slices American cheese
  • 12 Hawaiian Sweet Rolls

Instructions

Prep Ahead:

  • Add the ground beef and seasonings to a pan over medium heat.
  • Cook, using a wooden spoon or meat crusher to brown and crumble
  • Drain any excess grease
  • Transfer to a sealed container and store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days

Prepare From Prepped:

  • Preheat the oven to 350*F
  • Slice the Hawaiian Rolls across and set the tops aside
  • Place the bottoms in a casserole dish, making sure they’re touching on all sides
  • Combine the ketchup and mayo together in a bowl, and slather all over the bottom halves of the rolls
  • Add the cooked ground beef and seasonings on top of the ketchup and mayonnaise mixture, spreading evenly across all the buns
  • Top with the American cheese
  • Top with the top halves of the buns
  • Place in the oven and bake 10-12 minutes, until the cheese has melted
  • Remove, slice into squares, and serve
