Baked Potato Wedges
Salted and warm with a crispy exterior and soft, creamy insides, these potato wedges are both simple and delicious!

Ingredients
- 2 russet potatoes sliced into thick wedges
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper
Instructions
- Slice the potatoes into wedges and transfer to a large bowl
- Add the olive oil, salt and pepper and toss to coat
- Spread the wedges evenly on a sheet pan
- Heat the oven to 425 and add the pan in, cold
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, until the wedges have started to brown and are cooked through (test with a fork)
- Remove form the oven and serve warm
