This is your sign to stop overthinking dinner. These cheesy, juicy cheeseburger sliders come together in under 20 minutes and are baked all at once on a pack of Hawaiian rolls — no flipping, no babysitting, and definitely no complaints from the dinner table.

Inspired by one of my most-loved TikToks (yep, that one with the sizzling beef and melty cheese pull), these sliders are the definition of weeknight gold. They’re crispy around the edges, cheesy and saucy in the middle, and ridiculously easy to prep ahead if you’re feeding a crowd.
Whether you’re serving a busy family dinner or a gameday snack, I’m willing to bet you’re gonna be as obsessed with these sliders as my family! (and they’re seriously obsessed)
What You’ll Need
- 1.5 pounds ground beef
- Seasonings of choice – I used garlic powder, an umami blend, cumin, and smoked paprika, but go with whatever your burger-loving heart desires
- Hawaiian sweet rolls – Leave them connected and slice horizontally for easy assembly
- Ketchup & mayo – Mix for a quick burger sauce
- American cheese slices – The melty kind is key!
Tips and Add-Ons
- Add sliced pickles or thinly chopped onions under the cheese for a classic diner-style bite.
- Use a flavored mayo (like chipotle or garlic aioli) to mix up the sauce.
- Swap American cheese for cheddar, pepper jack, or even Swiss if you’re feeling fancy.
- Want to prep ahead? Assemble the sliders and store in the fridge for up to a day, then bake when ready to serve.
- Another handy prep-ahead tip is to cook the ground beef with seasonings beforehand, then store in the fridge for up to 7 days before preparing the rest of the dish

Why These Sliders Work
Let’s be honest: burgers can be a pain when you’re feeding more than a few people. These bake-all-at-once sliders skip the fuss and deliver all the classic cheeseburger flavor you love, with way less effort. The sweet rolls toast up perfectly, the beef stays juicy, and the melted cheese brings it all together.
Plus, they’re just fun. Like, “watch them vanish in 60 seconds” kind of fun.
